AFIR MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
These General Conditions define the rules for using the AFIR.info mobile application belonging to the Agency for Financing Rural Investments (AFIR), hereinafter "AFIR.info" by visitors or users (potential beneficiaries/applicants and beneficiaries of the National Rural Development Program, as well as consulting/design companies, traders, bidders and applicants), who already have an account, or not, as the case may be, on the AFIR website or in this application.
By accessing and browsing using this mobile application, you are effectively accepting the terms of use described below. The information presented within and with the help of this application does not represent the official position of the European Commission. The full responsibility for their correctness and consistency belongs to the Agency.
The permitted purpose for using the AFIR application is to obtain information about possible funding through the National Rural Development Program, as well as access to public interest services offered through this application. The use of the information or documents for purposes other than the free, non-discriminatory and transparent information of the general public or the target public, as the case may be, is not permitted
USE OF THE AGENCY'S PUBLIC INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR FUNDING
RURAL INVESTMENTS (AFIR)
AFIR, as the operator of the public information system, makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the materials made available to the users of the information system.
AFIR disclaims any responsibility regarding the unavailability of the IT system due to reasons beyond its control or due to technical reasons and assumes the obligation to make all the necessary efforts to remedy such situations promptly and impartially.
An information available on the web application does not necessarily reproduce the text of an official document.
While accessing and/or using the mobile application, the following actions are prohibited:
1. transmitting by any means, or displaying within or with the help of the application, any information that is threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, licentious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inciting, pornographic or profane, as well as anything else of material that may constitute or encourage behavior that could give rise to a crime, could lead to civil liability, or would otherwise violate the law;
2. transmitting by any means any file that contains viruses or any other sequences of code or programs designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of any hardware or software component of the application or that may facilitate obtaining additional rights to those legally granted by the operator the computer system;
3. transmitting false/untrue information, on the occasion of registration in the computer system, in order to hide a situation which, if it had been known, would have led to the refusal of registration or the renewal of registration;
unauthorized modification of identification elements in order to hide the origin of any electronic content transmitted through it to the computer system;
4. transmitting any means of any content for which the user of the computer system does not have, according to the legislation in force, the right of use, as well as the right to make it public;
5. transmitting any means of any content that infringes, according to the legislation in force, any intellectual or industrial property right;
6. transmitting any means any unsolicited content;
7. use of the application for advertising purposes;
any other actions likely to affect the proper functioning of the IT system;
8. accessing the data or services offered by the web application other than through the interfaces provided by it. Any other approach, in particular the use of programs or techniques that facilitate access to data or services, in a way other than that provided by the application, will be considered illegal interference.
9. activities aimed at malfunctioning, blocking, rewriting or modifying the content of the web application;
scanning, probing or testing the vulnerability of any system or application component;
10. accessing any non-public AFIR servers or services, and attempting to do so;
absolutely any intervention in the operation of hosting servers or AFIR networks by any means, including attacking them by "flooding" or "DOS;

The content of the application is the property of AFIR and its partners who, as appropriate, will be cited as the source of the content and may not be retrieved, broadcast, sold or resold, in part or in whole, except with the written consent of the institution.

The objective of this application is to facilitate access to information of public interest by visitors and users. This application is organized into two levels of use and provides personalized information based on your profile type.
AFIR reserves the right to make changes in the content and/or structure of the application at any time, as well as to add new rules and restrictions regarding the content of the application, at any time and without any prior information to its users.
Users are not allowed to modify this application in any way and in any way, except in the sections where they are allowed to do so.
AFIR may, at any time and without prior notice, revise these Terms of Use by updating them. By accessing this web application, you agree to be bound by any and all such revisions, and therefore you should visit this web application periodically to become aware of any updates to these terms and conditions.
