Within the centralizing table, the following elements were taken over:
1. Fees/salaries* of staff involved in the project:
a. Project manager (team leader) fee/salary;
b. Expert training fee/salary;
c. Fee/ auxiliary staff salary (assistant manager, non-key experts with organizational duties/ event organization/ financial-accounting).

2. Maximum accommodation ceiling for participants/students. The prices provided in the Database will represent maximum ceilings for accommodation in Romania, no other conditions related to the maximum number of stars/daisies being imposed. These prices will not be applied for accommodation outside the territory of Romania, in which case the maximum ceilings imposed by the provisions of the national legislation in force for the external travel of staff paid from public funds will be taken into account.
3. Maximum table ceiling for participants/students. The prices provided in the Database will represent the maximum ceiling for the table in the territory of Romania. In the case of external trips carried out within the projects financed by sub-measures 19.3 and 19.4, the meal costs will be granted in the per diem amount established in accordance with the provisions of the national legislation in force for the external trips of staff paid from public funds.
